Order processing

Please allow 1- 4 weeks processing time for each order. This is a handmade product and is often ordered customized for size. If you order directly without customization I can get it to you earlier. You can let me know in the comments if you need a delivery earlier than 4 weeks. In most cases the mosaic should reach you within 4 weeks from when you order.

For large murals the processing time is more and it is normally within 8 weeks. This is agreed with the buyer before the order is placed and the time frame is added to the listing.

Free Shipping

I do not charge for delivery and shipping. You can be a local buyer or international there is no shipping charge. I ship using courier services such as DHL. Fed Ex etc.

Damaged item and refund

If the Goods arrive to the Buyer in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and the Seller within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photography evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify.  A replacement will be sent to the Buyer after confirming the damage is caused by the delivery.

The Seller will not refund any monies paid or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.

Due to the hand-rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolouration. Some variations in colour can also occur as a result of shade variations in tiles. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolouration are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Buyer shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
